Michael Gedigk - President & Owner

Michael uses his international knowledge of economics, business management, and client services/dedication to provide business owners, professionals and communities with the high-quality employee screening and drug compliance. Michael’s primary ambition is to help business’ to manage their bottom line by having highly motivated  and engaged employees.

Michael has an undergraduate degree from Colgate University and a graduate degree from Boston University, Brussels.  He lives with his wife and three children in Larchmont, NY.

Jonathan Gentile - Sales & Marketing Director

With his degree in Business Administration in tow, Jonathan shares his fine experience working on direct marketing campaigns for companies like charity:water and Sony to assist with our growth as well. 

Although young, Jonathan is one of those people who really understands the business side of things. He's an enthusiastic addition to our team, who always makes the office a better place to be.

James Genova, LCSW - Director of Community Relations

Highly educated and socially engaged, "Jay" Genova brings his years of experience as a Licensed Social Worker with emphasis in crisis intervention, leadership, and drug abuse prevention  to our branch to help us connect with our community and offer a truly understanding service for our clients.

In addition to his work for us at USA-MDT, Jay also runs his own private psychotherapy practice in Tuckahoe. He lives in Eastchester with his family.

Rachael Cleveland - Social Media Coordinator

Bright and enthusiastic, Rachael Cleveland is our newest addition to the team. She maintains all of our social media profiles and works with us all to create programs that help our local business owners and parents meet their drug-free goals.

She grew up around the world as a military brat, and received a Bachelor's in English at the University of New Mexico.
